NH Green Events: Another Green Home Seminar & Timber Frame Open House

We had to close registration for our Green Home Seminar last month and had standing room only! If you missed it, here’s another chance to learn about building a new energy efficient home, Saturday, March 21st! Our informative Green Home Seminar and Timber Frame Home Tour are a great way to learn about green home design, timber framing, SIP panels (structural insulated panels), and renewable energy systems.

A special guest speaker for this seminar is Michael O’Neill, Construction Lending Officer at JP Morgan / Chase Bank. Mike presented the topic “Financing Your Green Home” at our Rutland, Vermont Green Home Seminar in January, describing the application process, loan documents, how to handle selling your existing home while building your new home, payment schedules for manufacturers, the importance of architect selection, and the increased values attributed to green homes. If you are researching finance options and requirements for an energy efficient home, you’ll enjoy Mike’s easy speaking style and are sure to come away with steps to secure your financing.
